Far Field RHP (ETSI) (25.9 x 25.9 x 3.8 cm)
The Far Field circularly polarized panel antenna is ideal for applications where tags need to be read at a longer distance away, typically more than 1.5 feet. Common far field applications include pallet tracking, real-time inventory management, and supply chain visibility.
Features an integrated 2.4 m pigtail cable. Both left hand (LHP) and right hand (RHP) circularly polarized versions are available.
For multi-reader portal applications where antennas face each other opposite polarizations are recommended.
The Laird Technologies? S8658PL antenna is a circularly polarized panel antenna that provides reception and transmission of signals in the 865-870 MHz frequency band. Laird Technologies? industry-renowned design methodology achieves maximum efficiency and performance across
the entire frequency band.
Both VSWR and axial ratios are excellent and allow the user to achieve the maximum performance for an antenna of this type.
The antenna is housed in a heavy duty radome enclosure that can be
directly wall mounted.
An optional articulating mount allows either wall or mast mounting.
- Low profile
- Extremely low VSWR and axial ratio
- Weather and UV resistant radome
- Wide range of connector and cable options
- Left hand and right hand CP versions
Threshold (ETSI) (46 x 9 x 2 cm)
Designed for boundary crossing applications, the Threshold far field antenna, with its planar form factor, provides a consistent and continuous read zone when linearly distributed head-to-tail.
At 46x9x2 cm, the Threshold antenna?s planar form factor fits readily onto
fencing or other borders.
- Strong far-field performance
- Wide beam width to maximize zone coverage
- Low profile form factor of 457x89x19mm
Includes 1 SMA to R-TNC (2 m)
Matchbox (Broadband) (7.3 x 3.3 x 1.1 cm) (with 20 cm (8 in) pigtail)
With its diminutive size, the MatchBox reader antenna is ideal for embedded applications that require unobtrusive RAIN RFID capability with short range, well-defined read zones.
- Ideal for short-range singulation of individual UHF tags (Strong near-field performance enables reading item tags 0¡V5 cm away)
- Near-field design penetrates liquids and most metals
- Perfect for use with very small tag inlays featuring near field antennas
- Small size: 73 mm x 33 mm x 12 mm
- Confined read zone to minimize stray reads
Requires 1 SMA to R-TNC cable (not included)
Mini-Guardrail (Broadband) (13 x 7 x 2 cm)
The Mini-Guardrail antenna provides a very short read range for a wide variety of
applications. The small form factor and mounting holes support a multitude of use cases.
Specifically designed for demanding item- level deployments, Impinj?s Mini-Guardrail reader antenna operates effectively at read distances of 7.5 cm or less.
This antenna is the ideal choice for access control, ticketing,
document control, high-speed encoding stations, packaging lines, or any application requiring high reliability and a constrained read zone.
Because of its optimized short- range performance, the Mini-Guardrail antenna is virtually immune to the RF- transmission limiting effects of items such as liquids, powders, and metallic packaging.
- Strong near-field performance for reading tags at a distance up to 7.5cm
- Small form factor
- Weak far-field gain to minimize stray reads
- Broadband design to enable world-wide operation
Requires 1 SMA to R-TNC cable (not included)
Guardwall (ETSI) (70 x 40 x 10 cm)
The Guardwall reader antenna provides a tightly controlled read zone and intense RF field, critical to penetrating deep into packed cases traveling on conveyors or packing lines.
For item-level reading of packed goods, the Guardwall antenna provides a tightly controlled read zone and intense RF field, critical to penetrating deep into packed cases.
When used as a pair, the Guardwall antenna absorbs energy from its opposing mate so that very little passes beyond the exterior
face.
This configuration maximizes stray read rejection by constraining the read zone to the area within the two antennas.
It also increases read reliability by maximizing the intensity within the read
zone.
Includes 2 x SMA to R-TNC (2 m) cables
Far Field LHP (ETSI) (25.9 x 25.9 x 3.8 cm)
